NWO or globalists?

Many commentators (or public affairs 'stipulators') conflate NWO with a bunch of what they intentionally misleadingly label as 'globalists'. This argumentative manoeuvre  only affords to affirm a tautology, rather than carve a distinction. NWO engineers are NOT globalists, but 'ultra-localists', with an intent on enforcing a compulsory microsocial engineering program in clearly demarcated by geographical boundaries territories. Globalists are exponents of the minimization of economic, political and any other sort of constraint in the movement of trade and people, which we fully endorse. NWO exponents are terrorists of the 'ordinary', mind campers and legitimators of a polymorphously perverse housewife, who is sanctioned by brainless cattle to look through your underwear, to taste your food, while you're out of home, to intrude your privacy. This is the sort of human excrements who have been legitimated to act as agents of social change by the 2% of the entire population who have obviously a major stake in enforcing this form of societal engineering. Well, not only we are not in agreement, but we shall record your every cough, your every gaze, your every movement as criminal by association.
