What used to be called 'research lodges' are now called 'labs'; the only difference is that instead of reading about solomon's seals, they are now reading about sociocybernetics!
Agenda 21 has brought about even more efficient ways of micro-social engineering. Within each county, each 'neighbourhood' has its own division of labour, including unpaid child labour, involving rainbow members who are responsible for putting together music files that cater for the neighbourhood community's tastes!
